Every great love story begins with an unusual meeting between two souls: she was born and raised within the Moutim lineage of French descent and has always cultivated the art of good homemade food; he, one of many heirs of the traditional family Vale, which prospered under his Portuguese matriarch’s zealous look.
Different ways joined by a common destiny and common feeling – also by a hand of chance. Lives that once together have shared with many Brazilians a real taste of tenderness, which they got to know so well since their childhood .
It was 1982 when fortune was in charge of transforming the life of this young couple: he , unable to go on with his job as truck driver for health problems, then started to help his father-in-law- Patriarch of Moutim family – to manage his small cookie factory . What the Young man did not realize was that his contribution to the family business would eventually awaken in him a new passion: in a short time, he decided to definitely start up his own business, innovating it with the production of flour biscuits and so-called “sequilhos” or “quebra-quebra”. So, it was then that an act of affection ended up to shaping excellence.
Time went by and the couple’s dedication to the company increased more and more; as well as sales, which is no longer limited to establishments in Minas Gerais, also reaching other states , especially Espírito Santo. By 1989, such success required the creation of a new brand, which could translate by its name, all the quality the products offered. Immediately the image of a loyal maid came to the couple’s mind. She was the one with whom the boy from the Vale family – now an entrepreneur – had discovered the power of affection which is able to give distinctive flavor to life. Her name was: Nazinha .
That’s how the surname Moutim do Vale turned into the victorious history of Nazinha Foods . Nowadays, after more than three decades of operation, the company goes on being supported by the core values defended of its founders. And that same spirit which was the starting point for this great journey remains alive in the perfect union between legitimate handcraft tradition and the most advanced manufacturing technologies – with the selection of the best ingredients and the presence of more trained professionals.
